Troubleshooting Guide

If the tracker fails to connect to your iPhone or Apple device, please refer to the manual for reset instructions. Once the tracker is successfully reset, proceed with the connection.

Return Policy Note

If you are dissatisfied with the tracker, ensure you remove it from your device before returning. Open the Find My app, connect to the tracker (within Bluetooth range), select the tracker, and click "Remove Device" at the bottom. Failing to do so will keep the tracker bound, and the next user will not be able to connect.
